Tax Manager

Duties Include: 

Preparation and review of Individual, S-Corp,

C-Corp and Partnership tax returns. 

Successful Candidates will have the following skills and experience: 

  • Minimum of 7 years of tax preparation and review experience
  • Experience with PFIC, FBAR, FATCA, GILTI, 5471 and 8865
  • Must timely complete accurate tax returns with little supervision
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and time-sensitive environment with varying deliverables and changing requirements
  • Friendly, courteous and professional demeanor
  • CPA or EA preferred
  • Lacerte experience a plus
